Carbs too high, Protein too low. Suggestions?

I always go over on my carbs (I eat too much fruit) and I am usually under on my protein. So I guess I'm asking if anyone has any good suggestions for high protein low carb meals and snacks?...mainly snacks. It probably helps to know that I don't particularly like eating a lot of meat...

From a quick look at your food diary, I'd say your carbs are high because you're drinking too much juice and eating too much processed food. Try eating "real" food - meat, dairy, veggies, fruit - and you'll find it's pretty easy to eat higher protein, lower carb.

Definitely ditch the juice -- all the sugar of fruit but without the fiber, plus liquids are not as satiating as solids.

Oscar Meyer P3 is my favorite. It's meat, nuts, and cheese. Love these things....

    Ostrim is good too..

Lot of other things too but depends on what you like for snacks. I make a lot of desserts based around protein powder. I made a thread in recipe section on them.

Yea, fruit smoothies and fruit juices have always been a weakness of mine. I'll cut down on those and use all the suggestions you all gave. Thank you!
