does anyone else crave salt during their time of the month??? i never want chocolate.... i want salty fries and a greasy cheeseburger.... does anyone know of a healthier alternative??
i would like to start doing some type of workout before i go into work.... i normally walk/ellipitcal during my lunch... walk on my 15 minute break... and do the elliptical in the evening... i want to do something effective... but not like intervals on the elliptical... or aerobics since im not really a morning person...…
better to work out everyday... or take a day off???
somehow gained 6 pounds i lost in the past month..... in five days... although im under my calorie goal and have been working out over an hour most days.... super irritated and disappointed
