my good friend has lost over 100 pounds... swears by kettlebells so i finally broke down and got one... it came with a DVD but havent tried it yet... bought 2 Bob Harper kettle bell DVDs off amazon right now... hopefuly tey will be fun...

the best way to shop for food is to stay out of the middle where all the procceed foods are... and stick to the outside where the veggies/meats/frozen..... also i have heard that if you have to buy frozen or canned veggies to buy frozen because they are healthier than canned ;) i have recently heard that the frozen meals…

haha... my hubby bought lays plain wavy chips yesterday... i was like im just going to have one... and then had like two servings... couldnt stop.... i thought i heard somewhere that if you are craving salt your body is lacking something?? but im not sure if that is true or what it is... hahaha

so people will say to eat them... otherwise your body will go into sarvation mode.... others will say they dont... i have not been eating all of mine back.... some days i will eat them others i dont.... i think it is best to what is best for you.... and listen to your body... if you are starving eat them... ha

i bought it forever ago.... because alot of people get amazing results... im not quite sure how i feel about it... there isnt any music... and kinda boring for me... only have done two of the workouts though... may check the rest out soon...

my body definitely has not gone back to normal... i only gained 30 pounds while pregnant and worked out until 13 days prior to having my daughter... that was 8 months ago... and i still have 6 pounds to lose... it seems like the weight doesnt come off as fast before... if anyone would like to add me feel free ;)
