Newbie needing advice
Hi all, Im a 32 yr old mum of 3 needing to get in shape as the kids are running me wild..lol. I have started lifting but want to know Im doing it right. Im 107kg (236lb) and lifting 7kg in 3x10 and thats about my limit. Is there a video etc someone can recommend to make sure Im doing the right lifts at the right weight?…
