Newbie needing advice

Hi all, Im a 32 yr old mum of 3 needing to get in shape as the kids are running me wild..lol. I have started lifting but want to know Im doing it right. Im 107kg (236lb) and lifting 7kg in 3x10 and thats about my limit. Is there a video etc someone can recommend to make sure Im doing the right lifts at the right weight?

    When you say lifting 3x10... What do you mean? What lifts are you doing? Saying "I lift" doesn't give a clear picture of your routine. Do you only have 1 size weights? Are they DBs or a bar?

    3 sets of 10 reps - Sorry Like I said Newbie :-( Im not sure of the names of the lifts. I use DBs and have varying weights to put on them
