What is the best type of training for flexibility. I am ridiculously stiff and inflexible and don't really know where to start. Is there a big difference between Pilates and yoga in terms of what would work best or is there something else altogether to try? :-) thanks in advance

dairy free protein shakes
I have a serious intolerance to dairy. Just wondering if anyone else that suffers with this has found any dairy free protein shakes that are available? :-)

Cardio Routines
I am relatively fit after competing in sport at a pretty high level for many years, but after bad injuries i piled on some weight and I am currently needing to lose about 2 stone. What do other people do as their cardio routines as I'm feeling a little lost currently,
