flexibility

What is the best type of training for flexibility. I am ridiculously stiff and inflexible and don't really know where to start. Is there a big difference between Pilates and yoga in terms of what would work best or is there something else altogether to try?

    Fitness blender has some great stretching videos!

    As always, the real answer is: whatever you will stick with. Yoga is a good choice, if you will keep it up.

    Pilates is good. I found that pole dancing really helped me though with my flexibility. It's great fun and build up strength too... and it's a little different!
