Activity Level???
When I first joined MFP I listed my activity level as: Sedentary -Spends most of the day sitting. I thought that was what I did. But as I have come to realize, I am on my feet a good deal of the day, I am a SAHM, expect for some short rest periods, I am doing the laundry, dishes, prepairing meals, picking up and dropping…

What you REALLY burn????
I need help. I am not sure how to tell, or if you can tell, what you are REALLY burning when you are exercising. I know what MFP SAYS I have burned doing certin activites, but how do I know that I REALLY have done that??? Is there a way to tell or to figure this out?
