I lost 20 pounds before starting at 195 and then most of it back at 188 then went again for a second time and lost to 160 but now I am back at 180 again. My goal weight is 130 but I can't seem to have the motivation to stay on it. And everyone keeps saying "you lost weight!" Which makes me lose my motivation. I need help…
