I am losing it..

I lost 20 pounds before starting at 195 and then most of it back at 188 then went again for a second time and lost to 160 but now I am back at 180 again. My goal weight is 130 but I can't seem to have the motivation to stay on it. And everyone keeps saying "you lost weight!" Which makes me lose my motivation. I need help or tips.

Ignore them. Yes you lost weight - woohoo but you have not yet achieved your goal!!! Me neither. Add me and lets do it!! Don't let people make you feel like you don't need to keep bothering cos when you get to 130 - news flash you will still need to keep bothering or you will be back to 195!! It is an absolute bugger but we will always have to bother. I sound preachy and I don't mean to be but I have lost put on lost put on etc and not doing it any more!! I am losing maintaining then losing then maintaining and so on!!! Come on we can do it!!! Log log log and feel worth the effort. xox0
