I weigh once a week. My weight is up and down. Is this normal? I weigh on the same day, at the same time. I can tell I'm getting smaller but last week I lost 9 pounds after 3 weeks of nothing and then today I'm back up 11.....Driving me crazy. Any thoughts?

My Hubby won't get on mfp but I want to help him as he is trying to eat healthier and lose weight. He has lost over 30 pounds weighs around 314. How many calories a day should he be eating if he wants to lose slowly? Are any of you similar and what amount do you eat? He just had a defibrillator put in 10 days ago too.…
The nurse at my allergist office and and I were discussing my weight loss, I weigh there. She said I was moving better! I thought really and realized, Yes I am! :wink:
I listed my new weight it tells it on my Home but not on my ticker, why? Anyone know?
