I think I've been doing this all wrong...
So I always thought each level was a 30 day challenge. Level 1 for 30 days, 2 and 3, bringing you to 90 days. I did Level one on and off for 2 and a half months (6 weeks to a 6 pack the days I didn't do the 30 day shred). I'm now on day 5? I think of Level 2.
