I was just diagnosed as being gluten intolerant and was wondering if anyone else had this diagnosis and had some advice on a grocery list or was willing to let me see what their food diary looked like?

Low Cal Dressing
Thought I'd share a dressing I have been using on salads, as a replacement for mayo and it is great on veggies too! 2/3 cup Olive Oil 2/3 cup Heinz Gourmet Salad Vinegar 1 tbs Lawrys seasoned pepper ...I have it in a shaker and splash it on anything for a lil extra "low-cal" flavor.:happy:

Recently started Myfitness Pal-Maine Mom.
I just joined today and am hoping that being more accountable with what I eat everyday and with my excercise will help me push past this plateau I have seemed to hit for the past few months. I would love to hear anyones advice and success stories using this tool!
