  • I would love to join also been trying to continue with my motivation to finish 30 days of the shred but after about 1 week i usually stop. I usually log it as circuit training if that helps.
  • I had already started eating "clean" so my main concern is cereal and my bread.... can you eat oatmeal? Is Natural peanutbutter ok? Since I started eating clean I started to to lose weight so my Dr. and I think we are on the right track.

  • Try a low GI diet and take a cinnamon supplement. still very slow but may see results
  • Actually my doctor told me to start taking cinnamon as I am insulin resistant and i drink Green tea daily and I also take metamucil due to IBS. So they are not hoaxes and are Dr. recommended ways to aid in weight loss and digestion processes.

  • I drink flavored water, or flavored seltzer, green tea has several flavors with no calories....I love the lipton tea bag brand. and for something very sweet diet hot cocoa has only 25 cal.
