Workout days and numbers of calories burned per week.
I am curious how people regularly maintain their body in shape from working out. I workout about 2-3 days per week and for total I burn about around 1000-1500 calories from doing cardio. Sometimes I wanna push myself bit more so, I burn about 2000 calories as well. How about you?
