Workout days and numbers of calories burned per week.

I am curious how people regularly maintain their body in shape from working out.

I workout about 2-3 days per week and for total I burn about around 1000-1500 calories from doing cardio. Sometimes I wanna push myself bit more so, I burn about 2000 calories as well.

How about you?

    I usually run 6 or 7 days a week and burn between 6500 and 8000 calories.

    Most weeks, I work out 6 days a week. Calorie burn varies but usually is around 3500-4000 in those 6 days

    I run about 35-40 miles per week (6-7 days) and strength train 3-4 days a week for about 45 minutes each session. From running, I burn about 3500-4000 calories, from strength, maybe 150 per session?

    It varies...lately? about 5 cardio days per week with between 600 and 700 calories burned...somewhere around 3200 calories per week.

    When I'm focused on lifting I don't track calories burned. I track weights and reps.

    I walk/run six days a week and burn between 1000-1500 calories a week with that. I also do body weight exercises but don't have a HRM so I'm not sure how many extra calories I burn from that. Now that I'm in maintenance, I'm thinking of cutting out a day or two.

    I do strength training 6 days a week, and do cardio four days a week (not including work where I bus tables for 5 days a week, 9 hours straight) So I burn anywhere between 2000-2500cals (not including work)
