I have been counting my calories for 3 weeks and with nothing but a slight increase in weight I have FINALLY lost 1.6 pounds this week! YAY! I'm not exactly sure how it happened, because it was my birthday an I know I had a few pieces of cake lol I did add in more working out though. I am very happy today :bigsmile:
I have been been tracking for 2 weeks and I haven't lost any weight. I have mostly stayed under my calories yet I have not seen results. I think I can add for fitness, but I was wondering if there were any thoughts on what you may think the cause would be? Thank you :smile: TGIF!!! :laugh:
