My problem is trying to gain weight without adding any fat. Most people seem to be trying to go the other way and MFP definitely is telling me to consume less protein than I need. Any advice?
I am on here to try building up my size without bulking. I was a pretty chubby guy and then got back to the gym. I am 6 ft 175 and around 12% body fat. I really like being lean but am worried I might be losing size now. I am 24
