Hey, just joined the site.. right I'm 9 and half stn and seriously struggle to put on weight, I eat so much to.. I dunno wether its just my frame and I'll naturally never be big but I wana at least get up to 11 stn.. So any eating plans or gym training advice would be a great help, thanks
