Hey, just joined the site.. right I'm 9 and half stn and seriously struggle to put on weight, I eat so much to.. I dunno wether its just my frame and I'll naturally never be big but I wana at least get up to 11 stn..
So any eating plans or gym training advice would be a great help, thanks

Heavy weights/resistance programme + a diet high in protein, with good fats to boost daily calorie goal. You need to eat at maintenance level or just above to build muscle.
Search 'in place of road map' for info on how to determine your right numbers.0 -
A diet high in protein would be my suggestion. With regard to weights don't over do it, to build bulk they recommend less reps and more weight0
