Are 30 sec runs followed by 2 min walks a good start?
I've just got back to exercising. I'm 5'11" and weigh 220 pounds so you can guess I'm not quite fit. I've just started running on a treadmill and to start off with run 30 seconds and walk at a slow pace for 2 min to recover.
