I've just got back to running and am taking it easy. I started by running (7.5mph max) for 30 seconds and walking at a relaxed pace for 2 min to get my heart rate back down. Thanks for this question because I'm new to MFP and was a bit confused about this aspect. I guess we're supposed to eat them back to maintain a steady and safe loss of fat.
