So I got my scale yesterday to weigh myself to start the April 10lb Challenge and weighed myself 191.8. And this morning I weighed myself 193.4 WTH!!!! How can this be possible.. I have been drinking more than 8 oz of water a day (I retain alot of water)..... is this normal for the amount of water I am consuming??? Also I…

Hello everyone, Im Luisa and im on this site to remain accountable for everything that I eat.... My goal is to loose 50lbs and need the motivation to follow thru with it. Im starting small with 10 min on elliptical and will work my way up slowly. Good luck to everyone
