I git my video on friday and started that day. Yeasterday however I opeted to use my elliptical so ill try that for a while. One day elliptical and the other day jm well see how it goes.... I wish every one luck...

OMG is an understatement.........holy crap I started today and let me tell you I m so out of shape I could not do the leg streches.... I will def keep going its hard but well worth it...I bought some clothes that are a bit smaller and thats what drives me to continue.We are all here to help rach other....

Potasium is supposed to trump sodium.... I have started just on MFP and belive I have been to gone to the br quite a bit. Yeah that is part of the reason why I didnt want to purchase a scale..... I am one to see the diffrence in the way clothes fit me but to go along with the Challenge I had to weigh my self. Thank you for the advise, i have hid the scale under my dresser and it will not come back out until next friday to post my check ins.…

Good for you keep up the good work. Heres mine: today I went to lunch and did not have one chip (mexican restaurant) and had water!!!!! Felt so proud of myself!!!!! I agree with you this is lifestyle change..... even if it goes against our genes.......

Soft Drinks I would have 5 20 oz per day only at work, not to mention the 2liter that were waiting for me at home. Cheese Fries, Whoopers, Eggs 5 in one sitting with fryed tortillas (4-5 of them) Bacon lots of it. Yuck!!!

I am a mother of 4 and I tend to work out early in the morning, I used to hit the snooze button myself but I took a full body picuture and put it on my alarm clock so when I hit Snooze that is the first thing I see. That is motivaiton enough for me.
