mfp is not calculating the number of calories I burned doing the exercises. How do I get it to do this? Also, shouldn't I be able to eat more calories given the exercise?
I have been dieting all wrong, reducing my calorie intake to under 1000 and working out two hours a day and STILL gaining weight.
