cheat meals
do you guys do cheat meals? Or even cheat days? when you're having your cheat meal, do you eat as you normally would all day then have your cheat meal? OR eat extra healthy during the day and then cheat meal at night? do you notice a difference on the scale from having a cheat meal or does it not affect you?

Name something you recently have accomplished that is fitness/healthy eating related. i'm day 12 no pop! ha may not seem like much but i've been drinking pop for years (diet & Regular) so this is a big step for me. hopefully i can completely stop drinking pop forever. what about you?? :)

Lunch Ideas
Hi everybody! I'm pretty decent at picking out what I want for breakfast and dinner...& Lunch on the weekends isn't ever a problem. But when I go home on my lunch break (hour long) I can't ever figure out what to have for lunch. What do you guys have for your lunches? Trying to gain ideas. Thanks ahead of time!
