Hi< I'm new! I'm currently 5'2 and around 112lbs. I would like to get back to 99-106. I would love to hear about petite girls fitness regimen and how to loose weight when you are already at a healthy BMI. Being a short girl and extra 5lbs looks like much more!
Hi, I'm new to the site. I've found a lot of answers on here before I joined but a good portion of the people seem to be into "lifting". Is this more of a body building site then running, yoga, pilates, body resistant type stuff? It would be cool to meet some people similar height/weight as me!
