I have 3 kids and one heck of a busy schedule! I am looking for a new way to feed my family that does not include microwave corndogs and other junk. I would love any advice.
I am 32 female 5'4" and 124lbs. I had my 3rd child (who is now 9mo old!!) I have worked my butt off at the gym doing mostly HIIT training in a awesome group fitness class. My goal is to see my abs and I would love any advice for the last bit of body fat??
I am 31 years old and just had my 3rd child. Weight is not coming off as fast as I would like it too. Any tips?
