Am i squatting correctly?
Hi, I have looked this up on the internet so much so i think i should be squatting right!....apparently when you squat your glutes are meant to burn is this right?? Because i keep my back straight, feet straight shoulder length apart, head forward, but it is always the muscles in my thighs which hurt when i'm done....

Does gaining muscle mean you go up in clothes sizes?
I apologize if this sounds like a stupid question but..... I have started doing squats, etc on non consecutive days of the week, combined with cardio about as often. I'm currently a size 12, my muscles aren't going to get huge obviously because i'm not training all the time, so I assume this means i'll be gaining muscle…

Fat on waist - Due to particular food group?!
I know that you can't spot reduce fat from exercise. But i was wondering if carbs or soda or another food group could cause fat to build up on the waist area. My stomach is quite flat with a bit of podge but the fat seems to go right under my breasts on my waist it's really strange! It sort of looks like i have 2 abs but…
