Active or lightly active??
I currently have my myfitnesspal settings set at active which puts me at 2060 calories for the day burned from normal daily activities. If I would have had it set to lightly active my calories burned from normal activity would be 1920. My question is should I have it stay where it is at active or put it down to lightly…
