Metafit Calories?
Hi All, Newbie, so bear with! Does anyone know how many calories are burned in an average 30 min Metafit class? I have seen 3 or 4 different opinions on the net and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as its not an option when adding in your excersise. MTIA R x
