Vision Board
I am putting together a vision board on a bulletin board that will be hung in my closet. I have small motivational quotes, pictures, recipes....posts of my weights and measurements.. etc. Anyone else do anything like this? Or similar? I'm excited to see if it keeps me motivated.

Weekends
What do you guys do on the weekends to stay healthy? After a crazy weekend, (I really oughta start LOGGING on the weekends) I have to get back on the grind! Season football tickets are hard on my calories.... ANYWAY Im ready but definitely in need of some motivation!

Confusing Calories
Okay, I've completely plateaued. I've recently posted about this and got SOME help but I'm looking for more answers. I'm 20, 5'7, 156lbs new goal weight 140....we'll see how i feel WHEN I get there. Just recently realized a good tip I will use from now on. Log your food BEFORE you eat it.
