I would LOVE to hear other peoples adventures too. I currently use 1 cup juice (whatever has the lowest sugar around the orange juice section) a handful of frozen fruits (peaches, strawberries, cherries...whatever) and a big handful of baby spinach (also my favorite) sounds a lot like yours. So good!

I'm the same way, sometimes... even my will power seems gone on weekends! If we have nothing planned early I can be in the gym at 8am (they open at 8) but this weekend...man. No can do AND I ate pizza! (and beer....) :D

For sure... sometimes its really easy, but when I get SUPER busy as I did this weekend... boy oh boy. TOO MUCH BEER & PIZZA! But that was only one day, and I don't do that every weekend so I'm not too hard on myself.

YES they are. Normally, lately, we still work out as normal and eat decent. This weekend was way too busy to even think about working out.... so hard sometimes! Thank goodness for the other 5 days ;)

Do your crunches on a stability ball. I have back issues and that makes me feel gooood. ALSO, if/when you use the elliptical, let go. HAHA! 6 months.. I feel the same way. I always opted out of ab workouts because i'm not going to have abs anytime soon..but just recently started. if i'm going to want abs eventually, i might as well start building those muscles now in ADDITION to cardio. I'm glad these posts made me feel better about my decision ! ;)

Yesterday I ate back almost all of my calories from working out. I'll keep that up because I have never done that in the past..and see how it goes. I'm not budging weight at all. I weighed in a couple weeks ago at 156, then last week 158..now I'm back at 156.6

I guess we all have our opinions. I know for me personally I do not get enough nutrients from food, as i rarely eat meat, and especially with how often/hard I work out I need all the help I can get.
