I need help with adding the exercise I do. I'm not sure if I am using the correct terms or not, but everytime I try to find one it says not found. Example stair step or pelivc lifts??? I know there is a place to add them but how would you know how many calories you burned ??? If its simple I am sorry lol ..just found this…
