sorry i need help. starting to work out
im a recovered anorexic, when staring recovery i was at 95lbs after recovery 124lbs ive slowly lost a little im 110 now. so im wanna do it the healthy way. i wanna look thin and fit but not with big muscle. i know if i want to lose weight i should be running or something but im too lazy. it is just like around 10 pounds…
