sorry i need help. starting to work out

im a recovered anorexic, when staring recovery i was at 95lbs after recovery 124lbs ive slowly lost a little im 110 now.
so im wanna do it the healthy way.
i wanna look thin and fit but not with big muscle.

i know if i want to lose weight i should be running or something but im too lazy.
it is just like around 10 pounds that i want to lose, so im gonna be dieting and working out to look fit and toned.

i know that if you want to built muscle you need to eat a good amount of calories most of them proteins.
But if i work out, and intead of eating to built muscle, im on a diet to lose weight. will i be still builting muscle? because i dont want to.
all i want to do is lose weight and tone my body a little. i dont want my muscles to get big, i dont want to weight a lot. because ive hearded that muscles weight more.

so yeah will i be builting muscle doing that? i dont want to
