Recommended Fiber intake per MFP
Has anyone noticed the LOW fiber recommendations on MFP? The average adult (including women!) should take in 25-35 grams per day, according to American Dietitic Assoc, at least (!) and MFP recommends 15 g for me. Strange huh? Sweet Tooth!
Does anyone have any advice for an insane sweet tooth?? One little chocolate pudding cup (for example) just doesn't do it for me and it's seriously de-railing my calorie count. Thanks! =)
