I'm planning on getting in a good 3 mile run on the treadmill before we go to brunch at my in-laws! We have an 11 wk old son so I'm hoping my husband can watch him while I do my quick run ;)

You look incredible!! Way to go!!

You look amazing! I'm 34 wks pregnant so this is very inspirational! Great job!

Running! Although it will trim things down all over =)

I totally agree with the LEMON idea! I squeeze 2 wedges of lemon into a big water cup (w/ straw) and refill it all day long at work. I also work at a desk mostly and just keep sipping it all day long. The tartness of the lemon helps me drink more -- instead of just plain stale water! Hope this helps!

Everything is super natural and healthy in eggs. I usually do one egg and a half cup of Egg Beaters just to get a lot of bang for your buck. You get tons of scrambled eggs for few calories!

I totally know the feeling. I do the exact same thing. I try to cut up a bunch of veggies and dip it in hummus. It's filling and low calorie. Another one is the Fiber 1 original cereal (only 60 calories per half cup) with some unsweetened almond milk give you a big bank for your buck. Then you're satisfied but still hungry…

Beans are high in iron.... also many vegetarians cook as much food as they can in an iron skillet because some does carry over in the food. Hope this helps!

Hey! I'm pregnant as well (9 wks) and I totally know what you mean about the constant HUNGER and fainting/nausea spells if you don't eat frequently. I pack snacks to eat every few hours -- carrot sticks, a sliced pear, small bag of almonds, saltine crackers..... none of which are high in calories but will keep your blood…

Good luck! I've never had that done but am super interested to hear what the results are! Keep up the hard work =)

Totally agree. My husband gets one of those everytime we go (he's super skinny) and I just have a pinch of his. They're SO good -- but huge and calorie dense. ;) Best to take a pinch and pass it on! haha

The Original Fiber 1 Cereal is great -- just needs a little splenda on top. 60 calories per half cup!

I diced an entire squash and zucchini and sauteed in a little balsamic vinegarette, salt, pepper and garlic and it was amazing! Very filling and super low calorie! (About 100 cal maybe?)

Yeah the point of running is to get your heart rate up. Are you having chest pain? Or is there a reason you've been told not to get your heart rate up?

One without Iron

I do the exact same thing!! I don't know what it is! Here's what I've done which seems to help a lot. I pack a bag of carrots/cucumbers/celery (any combo of the 3) in my lunch but I don't eat it until my commute home. (Although if I'm starving at work it ends up as an afternoon snack). Then, when I get home I allow myself…

I've never done the actual silmfast diet but I really like their chocolate shake. It's 200 cals and if you have that for breakfast (alone) it's super filling and delicious. It also makes a great lunch paired w/ a banana (and/or yogurt) if you're in a hurry.

Wow you look amazing! Keep up the hard work!

Boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen) are really cheap and are a great option. Also, if you live in the US, Kroger has their brand of frozen veggies for 88 cents when on sale.... and $1 when not on sale. You could stock up on frozen veggies and pair it with the grilled or baked chicken for a super healthy well rounded…

I'll be the first to say GROCERY STORE! Hahah.... I work nearly 70 hrs a week and try to fit working out and cooking healthy in between.... I'll take the can! ;)

larsonl2: Thanks so much for sharing your story. I'm so glad yours passed naturally and I'm hoping mine will too. I was really interested to hear that yours took 5 weeks to fully resolve. It's been a wk since they found no heartbeat and nothing has happened sofar.... I'm wondering if mine will take that long too. Thanks so…

MelissaSerpa: Thank you so much for sharing with me. I'm so sorry you had to go through that -- 2 months must have been terrible, let alone all the emotional stuff that goes with it. Thank you for your sympathy too. It is really hard. On the upside, congratulations on your pregnancy! How wonderful. i'm hoping I will have…

Hey girls. So happy everyone is doing well in their pregnancy. I have a personal question.... has anyone ever had a miscarriage and "passed" everything naturally? (Without D&C?) If so, how long did it take? =( I was told last Thursday that my baby didn't have a heartbeat (was just over 7 wks then) and still haven't had any…

For breakfast I have a fiber 1 chocolate and oats granola bar (140 cals w/ tons of Fiber to keep you full!). I also have a giant coffee w/ a splash of skim milk and splenda. Perfect combo -- super fast and easy on the go and very filling. I'd keep an apple or carrots w/ laughing cow cheese with you too. Super filling but…

Looks delicious! I'm going to have to try to yogurt and pumpkin combo! =)

I think you look fabulous!!!! Sounds like you feel just as beautiful as you look. ;) Way to go... I think I agree with you!

Hey.... that's true about weighing the core and banana peel. I guess it includes that too ;)

Often high cholesterol is a membrane defect, meaning it's extremely difficult or impossible to correct with diet alone. Sometimes it's genetic, sometimes not. So.... awesome job on the weight loss and healthy lifestyle choices -- but I would just stick to the meds and try not to give yourself a hard time about it. It may…

Way to go!! And just to think about all the health benefits you all will reap. Great job! Keep it up! =)

Thanks for everyone's kind words.... I hope everyone is having a happy and healthy friday. I guess I'll be back when I get pregnant again.... and will still try to drop in and keep intouch w/ everyone.
