Daily Allotted Sugars
Why are the daily allotted sugars so low? According to my plan (1200 calories daily) I am only allotted 24 sugars...I go over this daily!...I had a yogurt this morning and a plum a short time ago for a snack and I have already gone over my sugars by 1! How can I avoid this? The sugars seem very low? I'd appreciate any…
