Wanted other peoples opinions of this idea: I plan on doing a level of 30DS plus the 40 min circuit of NMTZ everyday. (or maybe just NMTZ every other day?) Has anyone else done this? What are your results? Does this sound like too much? Thanks!

EATING! Im home alone these days and yeah i exercise, but i keep eating unnecessary things, such as Sorbet, Granola bars, And other Really REALLY bad foods that i wont mention, and i was wondering what kinds of techniques you people use to stop your self from eating that kind of stuff when you are alone?
