TDEE - 20% question : revamping my diet & nutrition plan.
Hi! I am considering changing my calorie counting method to TDEE - 20%. For those of you who have or are trying this - how long does it take to lose weight this way? I am not a very patient person :-)! According to the fitness frog calculator, TDEE - 20% for me would be 1707. I then add 250 cal for breastfeeding. Trying to…
