Last week I have decided to go bike riding (road and trails) 4 times a week and and am earning over a thousand calories a day (if mapmyfitness is correct). At the moment I am eating/drinking about 1500 calories a day in food and drink. Im not really hungry or over tired so far, should I be eating some of them calories back
