Last week I have decided to go bike riding (road and trails) 4 times a week and and am earning over a thousand calories a day (if mapmyfitness is correct). At the moment I am eating/drinking about 1500 calories a day in food and drink. Im not really hungry or over tired so far, should I be eating some of them calories back

How long are these rides...how many miles are you going? Most of the apps are pretty inaccurate in RE to calorie burns. The app I use tells me I burn around 900 calories on a 15 mile ride...it's more like 400 - 500 depending.
Fueling your fitness is important though...being healthy and fit is more than just about losing some weight...healthy and fit people also eat and learn how to properly fuel their activities. You can do that and lose weight at the same time....0 -
