I have a bacterial infection on my throat, again! I have been on antiobiotics the first time round but it came back. Its not as bad, so I decided not to take antibiotics again and just wait for it to go with was what the doctor suggested. I am feeling fine in myself, get a little tired in the eve. ahhhh cant be bothered today!
Made pizzas today, ate a whole one (not at once though my stomach has shrinked thank god!). Now just had lots of chocolate, just because its there and I am having not a great day, both kids poorly etc. How do you find the energy to eat properly every single day? its so easy to "slip" :/ So I am way over my recommended…

So what happens with the calories I burn exercising?
Sorry for the silly question, I just calculated my TDEE which is 2052, my goas on MFT is to eat 1460 a day. What happens if in the evening I burn lets say 150 calories on my cross trainer? Is it best to eat the calories or shall I let it be? You talk about not going over your target too much..so what shall I do? thanks

Calorie difference
Hi, I did (only!) 6 ish mins on a cross trainer(they call it elliptical trainer here) and it counted on there that I have burnt 100 calories. When I put the amount of mins onto my exercise diary, it gave me around 60calories, not the 100 that I apparently burnt. Which to believe? my machine or myfitnesspal? :D thanks
