Thanks :) you are right, must let go, its very good way of thinking thank you!! I would go on cross trainer but I am still on antibiotics and dont sleep at night as my younger one is also poorly so dont want to push myself.

you know I dont even get cravings...strangely enough! I am just not careful about the amounts that I consume :/ and I know it, I know exactly how much I should have eaten, I know this plate looks too big, yet I dont care and eat it. Ah I am disgusted my myself atm!! :D

I dont think about food at all, I still eat what I want. Whats hard is resisting my cravings, for example yesterday chocolate..had to have some :D Its hard to have just one slice of pizza instead of 2-3.

I just want to say, with food and breastfeeding...as long as you eat healthy foods it doesnt matter if you are on a diet/eat less than you would normally it has NO effect on you milk production.
