I blew it!
I bought some m&ms on clearance from Easter and I think the first two times I had some, I ate one or two portions - - - figured that was o.k., then last night I thought I would have some more. Food Journaling is Eye Opening!
This is day 3 for me documenting my food entries, I have work to do! I used this before, about 30 pounds ago . . . Today is the renewal of my accountability for what I am consuming on a daily basis. What I realized is that sugar "is" a drug. I hope to be a success story some day :)
