polar ft4 showin incorrect heartrate
Ok I know this must hav been asked a zillion times, but im new to this forum n wanted to ask anyways, I bot a polar ft4 2 days ago after reading grt reviews. Now as soon as I wear the watch n wet the belt n put it on, it shows my heartrate...which is 85-90 which m sure isnt rite. Now m not sure if the cals burnt are…
