The low down: I'm 205pounds. 5' 10". 1200 calorie diet. Goal- 175pounds by November (Doable?) Is it healthy to not eat back the calories I burn during a workout? Any women who are 5'9"-5'10" with success stories?
Would love to hear success stories from people with a simialr height. One-derland will be a reality one day, I just know it. I am currently at 214 but have been here for years. Positive is that I am not gaining. Negative is that I son't move down the scale. Thanks in advance.

30 DS Level 1 Starting Tomorrow
Hoorah! Going to start off with day one of 30 day shred and just build from there. I've done it before but lasted about a week before I just wasn't willing to find the time to do it. Queen of excuses but not anymore! Excited to start seeing the changes, even if they are small
