Hi, I recently purchased a tub of protein powder however I have found that if I make shakes it makes me feel very bloated and uncomfortable in the tummy. Does anyone have any recipes using protein powder for bars or muffins or anything that is not a shake?
I am considering buying a fitbit. Just wondering if anyone uses one and if they would recommend it. I know there was chat on here about them a while back but I can't seem to find the posts anywhere. Thanks in advance
