Right or Wrong time to weigh yourself?
I’m confused about what time I should weigh myself? I know you should try to do it at the same time of day to get an accurate reading but should this be first thing in the morning or at night? My weight can be nearly 3 lbs different from first thing to when I go to bed, which is your true weight?? :-S :explode:

Hi, im Clare, been using MyFitnessPal for about a month now i think. Its really good at keeping a check on what you are eating and definately makes you think twice about eating something high in calories!!! I've got about 6 pounds left to loose, hopefully i will get there and be happy..........Going to start doing circuit…
